1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 79xbajee platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member"). These terms are drafted and interpreted in accordance with Bangladeshi law.

Definitions

• "Platform" — The 79xbajee website, mobile version and all related services.
• "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on 79xbajee.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Bet" — The amount placed to participate in any game or sports event.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit or offer provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The betting condition that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable.

All services of 79xbajee are operated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform is for personal use only and its use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

• Each individual may create only one account. 79xbajee reserves the right to close all accounts if a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts.

• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same device, IP address or payment method.
• If multiple members of the same household use the platform from the same device or network, you must contact us.

3 Account Management and Security

User Responsibilities

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 79xbajee support team immediately.

Account Transfer

Transferring, selling or lending your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement has been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

79xbajee offers various bonus offers for new and regular members. The following terms apply to receiving and using bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A member may receive each bonus offer only once.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when placing bets with bonus funds.
• 79xbajee reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• Multiple members of the same household will not receive the same bonus offer.

6 Betting Rules

All gaming and sports betting on 79xbajee is conducted according to specific rules. Members are required to follow these rules.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless permitted under the game provider's rules.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to network issues or technical errors, the result will be determined according to server logs.

• Maximum and minimum bet limits are set according to the rules of each game.

Sports Betting

• The official results of the event apply to all sports bets including cricket, football and kabaddi.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded unless special rules state otherwise.
